Ive found the beginners level 2 challenging, but OH SO WORTH IT!! Loving it!!
Very easy and motivating They should fix some of the grammar mistakes

The new plank timer is a great addition. I am enjoying the level of exercise so far as well.

Some bad moments

I like this app but it has a few flaws. Every time you open this app it asks for you to write a review. Another flaw is that every time I open this app it doesnt go straight to the calendar or the workouts it goes back to the beginning screen and i dont like that. But overall its a good app and it really works you. Something that i like about this is that it gives you breaks.
Im relatively active but Im not really fit. I wanted to start trying to just do some abs on my own without paying for a gym membership, and this app pushes me enough to do just that. Its a good, easy way to ease yourself into working out, and setting time aside to work out as well.
only thing Id improve is the grammar and spelling in some of the descriptions
This app basically works by designating a handful of exercises and increases each by 5 every day. For example, 50 bicycles today, 55 tomorrow and so on. A perk is that you can pick what level you want to do. For example, once I finish intermediate I can do the hard level next month. The only thing that bugs me is how side exercises are counted. For example, 50 ballet twists. Is that 25 for each side or 50 total? For planks there is an in-app timer. But, when it says 110 seconds side planks and only times once, do you restart the timer to do the other side or switch half way through the timing? Its not a bad app, but I wouldnt pay money for it.
I love this app, it keeps me motivated to keep working hard everyday. Ive recommended it to almost all my friends and my entire lacrosse team.
I originally gave this a 5 star rating. Changed it to a two because it constantly asks me to review this app after already having done so.
