Baby steps
I love your app. Its a no-brainer, easy-to-use and free. But. Its not progressive enough. I need a baby steps level that would add something like 10 sit-ups a week instead of 5 per day. I have no cardio, no muscles and had a really big baby less than a year ago. The curve is too steep for me and Im really sad about it because I sincerely like your app.
