Not bad
This app basically works by designating a handful of exercises and increases each by 5 every day. For example, 50 bicycles today, 55 tomorrow and so on. A perk is that you can pick what level you want to do. For example, once I finish intermediate I can do the hard level next month. The only thing that bugs me is how side exercises are counted. For example, 50 ballet twists. Is that 25 for each side or 50 total? For planks there is an in-app timer. But, when it says 110 seconds side planks and only times once, do you restart the timer to do the other side or switch half way through the timing? Its not a bad app, but I wouldnt pay money for it.
