Great app so far. Easy to use and nice to cater to different fitness levels. Might be nice to allow users to do the exercises out of order rather than forcing them to do them in the order listed, but not a big thing. Keep up the good work maintaining the app. Will post back again at the end of the 30 day Beginner session. Maybe a little forward to start asking for reviews two days into using it, but still valid.
I love your app. Its a no-brainer, easy-to-use and free. But. Its not progressive enough. I need a baby steps level that would add something like 10 sit-ups a week instead of 5 per day. I have no cardio, no muscles and had a really big baby less than a year ago. The curve is too steep for me and Im really sad about it because I sincerely like your app.
The new plank timer is a great addition. I am enjoying the level of exercise so far as well.
